Dear Sir, I had transferred an amount of Rs 10, 000 as booking amount in CD account of your authorized dealer [protected] SHUHUL AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD JAMMU on 19.11.2020. But owing to some financial crisis I am not able to purchase vehicle . I had applied for refund on 21.11.2020 and handed over letter to Mr. Rajat. I have great regards for BRAND MAHINDRA, but experiences with your authorized dealer at Jammu is worst. Despite lapse of almost one month of my regular reminders and personal visits have yielded no result and I have not been refunded amount. Kindly take up the matter with your authorized dealer and get me my money refunded without further delay.
