This is highlighted that I have booked XUV300 Optinal Diesal white for giving in marriage ceremony with Shiva Auto Car Pvt Ltd Ghaziabad after taking the commitment that this vehicle should be delivered before 8 th April . Once I connected with their respective employees of this Showroom .They have changed my booking from colour white to Black .I denied to take this Because I had clearly stated that I want to take only White .Now They are saying that we can't give the delivery of this vehicle by this time . Although I have made the payment of rupees 221000.
I just want to know from Mahindra's offical is this the way Mahindra follow with their customers .Are they really have some values of Their commitment.This is very ridiculous .
