Mahindra And Mahindra — regarding irresponsible in fitting of brake caliper

Respected sir/ madam, I went to Bhavin wheels workshop Nashik for repairing of brake noise(chur chur) and the same was resolved at the time of servicing. Then I came to home but still the same problem appears. Today when I was coming to Niphad at that time screw bolt were loose and fallen down of brake calibre. Your executive or labour’s are so irresponsible regarding fitting. If major accident would have taken place who will be responsible for that.
