Hello team,
I have purchased mahindra marazzo - rj14-ug-1024 in feb 2019 from mahindra auto world, sitapura jaipur. But within 15 days of purchasing a new car i was facing a problem called - low oil pressure. I went to mahindra showroom. I gave my car to mahindra workshop thrice in a month for servicing and to solve that low oil pressure problem too.
They accepted that problem is there in the car but they was not able to resolve it. Mr. Ritesh sharma agreed with my problem and said that we will replace yout car. But they delayed 4 month. I was highly disappoint with mahindra. But after my so many humble request they were ready to replace my car in july from mahindra marazzo rj14-ug-1024 to new car. But there were so many hidden things. They denied to gave me acceptance letter of replacing my car. They also denied to continue my installments which i have already paid. According to ritesh ji my installments of 17870/- (17870*3 = 53610) has bad debts.
I have that mail of mr. Ritesh sharma for accepting that issue with my car and he said to replace it but now he denied to gave that acceptance letter. I have also a video of my car's problem with date and time.
Now i m facing this problem in my new car also and have the video recording with date & time.
I am highly disappoint with mahindra and if my problem is not resolved by you with in a certain period of time. I will take legal action.
