Mahindra And Mahindra — regarding rude behaviour of staff at ambala tepla service center | |||
For some noise in my xuv500 engine i drop my car at tepla ambala mahindra showroom and service advisor ajay kumar give me estimate of 14000 approx. After 4 days when i went there i see 10 of worker pushing my car to start. I feel so bad. Then he said it take 2 days to start and u have to drop care here for 2 more days and engine problem estimate is more than i said. We said him to give our car back. Even after 6 days u have done nothing and said this after 1 week. Then when we said him to give gate pass he said deposit 2000 rs otw u r not able to take car. Also service manager sandeep kumar joined him. Such a rude behaviour from ur staff. Kindly request u to suspend them asap for bright future o[censored]r company Was this information helpful? | |||
