[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — registration for purple club plus programme | |||
From:- adelson vital afonso Sir, I purchased a mahindra vehicle xuv 500 w11 reg no. Ga08r1806 on 08/05/2019 at muktar automobiles verna goa. As per the mahindra customer docket it was told to me that on purchase of mahindra accessories worth rupees twenty thousand i'll be registered for the purple club plus programme and i'll be receiving a kit for the same. Till date i have not received any correspondance. When i called the purple club customer care i was told my car is still not registered under the above programme. I had purchased a side step costing rs.15000/-, a rear bumper guard worth rs. 6000/-, and under costing of rs. 3000/- was done and as said that il be receiving warranty card for all the above purchases but in vain i have not received anything nor a seperate bill for the above purchases. I kindly request you to take note and take necessary action on the negligence of the above car dealer as soon as possible. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
