After 6-8 times calling the towing of my vehicle was not arranged. The vehicle kept standing overnight and still 1pm second day in wait of towing arrangements to be done by RSA. Surprised that no one bothered to call afterward to know if the assistance is given or not. I highly disappointed and felt like wating my money buying RSA. Below is the copy of my complaint.

My new Thar 2020 model Radiator Gots leaked due to Improper Ftting By Mahindra Staff And I got stuck between Centre of Kullu Manali highway called they RSA For help the towing van come and drop my car to near Mahindra agency the RSA consultant Promise me to provide my Taxi to my house within 90 minutes I reached to the agency near about 8.45 and I called so many times to check the taxi status . I waited 7 hour for Taxi but there’s no response they ask me again and again to arrange taxi from my side I don’t trust that pls the place is unknown for me.I go to near by police check post the Constable arrange me a local cab to my home this is the condition one Of the top Automobile company of India

They don't have any RSA service only charging RSA charge with us don't pay for it it only wastage of money.. It's better for us to take local service instead of RSA
