We have two xuv, three bolero and one pickup for our personal and site use. Our 3 bolero and 1 pickup are running in different states so there service is done in there particular states. But we have kept the xuv’s for our personal use in ghaziabad which runs on highway. These two xuv’s go on shiva auto car for servicing. We have done our xuv servicing in the month of december but on 27 january 2018 the car stooped on mid road with a sound. The shiva auto car service centre was near so we towed the car there. On 29 january we received a call from service centre that it will take rs. 40, 000/ — i went there and no body was ready to explain what has happened one employee of mahindra said that there is water in the gear chamber due to which bearing is not working, i asked him there is no dent and there was no accident how does the water penetrated in there he said he will ask and will tell me, i waited there for one hour then came back but no one gave me a proper reply.
I want to request you to look into this matter and see if it is a manufacturing defect or they are doing this intentionally to create money. When ever they called for feedback i always said that there is some manufacturing defect since first day i have purchased this car. My car detail is up 14 bu 1179.
