Dear sir Very disappointed with the service engineer Mr bhimrao, who is rude and arrogant with customer.. I'm surprised after every service my car goes to Mahindra I get a call from ur back end team.. But this time I never got a call.. Note I'm using Mahindra cars since 2007.. Earlier Logan and then ur xuv 500.. My xuv is one of the launch model in 2011.. Never Had a service complain till date besides this executive Mr bhimrao.
