Hello Mahindra Service Team,
My vehicle was accidented on 25th March 2022 and I have been sent back to Mahindra services center (Somya Service Center Dewas Naka, Indore Madhya Pradesh) on 31st March 2022. However till date I didn't get my car from service center, and I have contact many times to service center and always they said that "if part not comes from mahindra company then how we can provide you". So please tell me it's our responsibility to get parts from the mahindra store ?
At the time of handing over my car to the service center, I got a message in With you Hamesha in Mahindra official Apps, the estimated delivery around 15 April 2022, however till date I'm not getting my car and also there is no probability that my car even received with me 1-2 months. So this is not a service standard expectation from Mahindra Company.
Actually, I need my car for daily office purposes and I'm facing issues on a daily basis while going to office and my office distance from home is around 25km, so daily I'll take an online cab and face daily issues.
