I own a thar (Reg no kl 58 t 8845) and recently i had an issue with coolant leakage. I have given it for service on monday (12.11.2018) to eram motors, kannur branch. For such a small work they asked to keep the vehichle atleast over night. Okey that is agreed. But till now i havent recieved my vehichle. They said it wil take one more day, and will get only tomorrow (15.11.2018). For such a small work keeping the vehichle for 4 days, doesnt it look insane. Have mahindra gone so bad that they cant even rectify a small complaint and deliver the vehichle to customer on time. Very poor response.
Also since the very month i got the vehichle the bonet cable is broken. I have got the vehichle 5 times to service center and it is still the same condition. Cant open the bonet without the help of an extra person. What should i do with this.??
