Again i facing another problem in same service centre.
As on date 8th jan 2017 i visited rr automobile service centre due to there was a issue in clutch. As checked by expert he suggested to me that required to change whole assembly of clutch plate with bearing.
I agreed with the same and paid rs 9600/- around for that work.
After 4-5 month i facing with issue that there's again issue with clutch then i called to rr automobile in end of the june month on mobile number [protected] for that issue than representative neelam and one advisor told to me to visit service centre.
Today's on 6/8/2017 i visited the service centre as i am leaving more than 200 kilometres from that service centre.
When i reached at the service centre than advisor mr karan asked the issue and taken permission for test drive with expert and me... Expert expected that my vehicle having clutch issue in presence of the advisor mr karan.
Mr karan promise to me that he need to discuss with his senior.
When he discussed with his senior, he not satisfied with his expert who has taken test drive and he send two another expert for test drive to showing that there's no issues in my vehicle.
Atleast he denied to resolve the issue and told me that there's no any issues.
Question is that i visited from more than 200 kilometres and no one resolved my issues with reply that there's only six month company warranty.
When i asked for warranty documents then told me that we don't have documents and it's company policy, pls drop to mail company and i reply to company only not to me.
