[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — Servicing issues | |||||
Hi, i gave my car to a regular service on 10th of april, when i gave my car (Mahindra xuv 500) for servicing in uppal they somehow made a hole to the front glass in the left corner... I was having my raybon googles in the spects holder at the top near the rare mirror and after the service they were missing, i called them and said that i lost my googles, they gave me a reply saying that they would send it with an agent to my place... Now it's been 2months since servicing neither there is a feedback call nor they respond to my call... Apart from this even after servicing my car gives a notification continuously that car is due for servicing... I've already complained about this, even though there is no change... They made a hole to my glass, they have my googles and won't send them to me, they won't fix my service alert notifying about servicing due always, they won't make a feedback call, neither they properly respond to my call... I was never expecting such kind of issues from mahindra, this is very bad from your side and it should be fixed as soon as possible. Even after complaining about this issue earlier there is no reply from your side!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
