Mahindra And Mahindra — servicing of xuv 500 | |||
I have been using xuv 500 for past 5 years. I have driven the car for about 85000 km. Suddenly one day, the xuv brakes failed while i had almost slowed down and hence major accident was avoided. My vehicle no ts08ee 8286, undergoes regular servicing at your suchitra centre in hyderbad which u can verify. I wish to know how such major incident was caused even after the vehicle was being serviced regularly for every 10000 km. The vehicle is still under warranty, i am purple club member and still i had to pay 3500 for towing the vehicle from hitech city to suchitra service centre and i had to foot a bill of 42000 for brake pads etc etc. Is this negligence from ur staff that they did not notice the wear and tear or is there a manufacturing defect which mahindra is trying to cover up. I request an early response and resolution. A noteworthy point here is that there has been no feedback call on this as i had mentioned to the driver of the vehicle that i will give a feedback of only 1 point to mr suvith, mr ravi and the technician who handled my vehicle. I also dont know how these people have managed not giving me a feedback call from mahindra. I hope mahindra does not want to loose its place in the automotive industry for such cheap tricks played by some members of the organization. Was this information helpful? | |||
