Mahindra And Mahindra — severe manufacturing defect in tuv 300 | |||||
I bought TUV 300 in the month of April in 2017, Noticed in June 2017 that all the door of my vehicle are bleeding with rust badly. Informed Sri Durga Auto in Moti Nagar New Delhi where I bought this vehicle and to Mahindar customer Service, since then my vehicle was called or picked numerous number of times to check primarily and then to do the Paint job which is done thrice but it didn’t work and finally in the month of July 2018 – after my complaint once again GM called or got my vehicle picked and afer approvals got the foors changed and repainted them at Sri Durga Local facility. It’s sheerly a poor work done, paint is chipping from the doors literally I could see the primar on the spare door part which comes in as raw and at the same time frame on which the entire dash board of the vehicle is sitting is rusting badly inside the vehicle. Which means removing the entire dashboard, dismantling it, getting frame re-painted or changed and then getting it fixed, which for sure will not be as original as manufactured by Mahindra.I have asked Sri durga to stop any further work and I will see if anything works out directly with Mahindra otherwise will seek legal help.
