I have an XUV300 just purchased in Oct2019 from LOCHAB MAHINDRA ROHTAK.. My car got as accident in December month and i registered this claim in same service centre from where i had purchased. after that i got insurance claim from insurance company and i got my car from service centre that your car is OK from our side. From that day to till today i am having so many problems in my car but service staff is not ready to listen me.
1. AC is not working properly as i had seen in other XUVs but the service staff is not listening my problem and today again i went for the same problem but they again Ignore my words and try to convince that this AC is OK. So i am registering my complain to you that i am having this problem from last 6 months because of your service staff.
2. Left window is having problem while closing the door but again after so many times complaint the same problem but staff is not having any response for the same problem.
3. Balancing of the vehicle also not proper as always i had told to them but they are not able to do it properly.
Means after purchasing of a new car i am having so many problems and company's service staff is fully arrogant and not cooperative. Even not listing customers problem and how will give solution. so i am waiting for your response as soon as possible.
