Mahindra And Mahindra — starting trouble not rectified. body scratched while on service | |||
My vehicle kuv 100 was having starting trouble. It was given for service at eram motors, kannur jan 22, 2018. The service person has informed that the issue was with starting motor and needed replacement. The vehicle was at the service centre for almost one month. After delivering the vehicle it was seen that the entire vehicle body has been scratched, which as per the service centre was done by a cat and they cannot do anything for that. I have taken delivery of the vehicle yesterday and is still facing the starting issue for which the vehicle was given for rectification. The service centre has not only damaged the car's body due their negligence and has also not rectified the issue for which it was given. Extremely disappointed with experience.
