I bought my Mahindra XUV 300 in September 2019. My vehicle was giving me trouble on July 1, 2022. It was not getting accelerated and somehow I managed to bring it to office. I called up the Mahindra Service station at Nahur, Mumbai - Harekrishna Motors and the engineer was Mr Mandar lase. Since there was a complaint, I gave him the approval to do the routine servicing also. He gave me an estimate of Rs 7900/- which I was fine too. In the evening I called him for the issue of not getting accelerated. He was not even bothered about the complaint and was only focused on servicing the vehicle. He doesn't know to speak to customers properly. Then i approached the GM who gave me assurance that the concern will be sorted. Today I got my vehicle which was bought in a bad condition. it had shock absorber issues, it was not washed and in such a bad condition and hence i gave my vehicle back to them. The bill amount came to Rs 10241/-.
Such a bad experience with Harekrishna motors. This has been happening for the last 3 times. Every time after service, my vehicle again goes back to them.
Request to have this investigated and provide justice.
