I have thar crde 4wd 6 seater ac, which i bought on nov 2015 from eram motors pvt ltd calicut - kerala Chassis no: ma1sl4bunf2k66669 Engine no: buf4k96863 Now for the past 1 & half years am facing an issue with my thar. Though i work in gulf, the use of vehicle is also limited and in my home my father also takes it sometimes only, because he have another 2 vehicles. The issue is, when we park the car and then try to take the vehicle after more than 2- 3 days, the car does not move [ front or back ]. It remains stuck mode. The back wheels doesn't do any action. How much we try to put move by changing gear in front or reverse, but no luck. I believe that this very important technical defect. This do not happen every times. Moreover this happend for more than 3-4 times in more than above period. So all the time when this problem arise, we call eram motors kozhikode and they used arrange the vehicle to pick up. You can also check the history of my vehicle in the system. Presently, 2 week back i faced the same issue and coordinated with eram motors and they arranged some people from kannur branch and they have taken and informed me that they have solved the issue now. As they were telling for all 3- 4 times. But as a customer, i have faced the same issue for lot of time and i cannot accept my vehicle until i get full guarantee that the same issue will not happen anymore. As i already informed that i get a chance to use the vehicle for only limited time. So in such a case am not able to use my vehicle and instead running behind the same repeated issue at all time. Then what is the use of purchasing or owing your product mahindra thar. So, i kindly request the company to get rid of my problems and find a best solution to solve this permanently. I am a owner of kuv100 car with registration number UP78EK7832 . Due to incident my car was damaged which is staying at mahindra automobile service center Etawah last one month. This service center is unable to repair in case of non supply of spares and fittings. Plz grant Co operation to recover my car like new as well as possible .
