Dear sir, I bought thar in september 2016 from ci mahindra, bhopal. They actually torture their customers. It has not even completed a year n i have visited the showroom/ service centre/ workshop n still it has not been repaired. From starting i am facing various problems in my car. They are just basic problems like ac noise, water blockage in monsoon, etc. But when i tried to explain my situation to mangers, directors they just ignored. And when i contacted the owner then his reply was just unacceptable, he said "mere pass 55 lakhs ki bmw hain but toh bhi main apni car bar bat service centre nahi le jata n agar apne jyada bola toh apki car mae jo bacha hain vo bhi nahi bachega". I also have the audio with me. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable from a global brand like mahindra. I hope you will consider this matter very seriously and the issues will be solved.
