I bought a mahindra thar 4×4 a year back. I did all the necessary company service in tanjore sri aran motors. I has completed 46000 km. I was out of my waranty period. My vehicle no tn49bk1247. It was breakdown on 3.11.2018 near pondicherry. I dropped my vehicle in shangalaya motors pondicherry. I was really shocked and disappointed that the technician said that there is hole in the pump on egr. So that the coolant is mixed with air. So my vehicle was break down on my way to an important occasion. I was really disappointed that i did all my service regularly without convincing myself. But this problem made me vexed. They rounded the bill for 22000rs. I just climbing that you have take responsibility for certain redemption for my money or help me in some other way to overcome my problem. This is fully because of the past poor service that i made before. I felt that all my money spend for service is not upto the worth.
