Booking: Sr.No REC0000953 dtd 17 Dec 2020 I had personally visited the showroom n booked Thar. I was offered 9 months waiting.. which i agreed.. i was in touch with the sales person Mr Sachin. Regular updates i was requesting n he was very slow in responding.. then in May 2021 he gave me bumber of sales leader Mr Sarvesh... and he told it will b december delivery.. i told jim to update any change and try if possible.. to which he told will try.. Numerous messages and calls were made.. however response was not at all inspiring.. Its my first Mahindra vehicle and im already getting to know brands service credentials.. Mahindra must atleast educate your staff to how to deal with customers..very sorry Mahindra.. thumbs down Was this information helpful? | |||
