It is really unfortunate that i have to bring to your notice the performance of my vehicle is really not as expected from Mahindra. i purchased the vehicle for my family use, and last year i took a long trip to Kerala and at about 250 Km away the clutch was giving a problem and i had to change it, this year again i took a long drive and now the engine is giving a problem and on review they are estimating about 1.10 lakh to rectify for the problem, i have just driven 48K km so far and surprised to face such a lot of problems in the vehicle. Actually from the day we bought the vehicle we had the starting problem which was supposed to be rectified at every service but until today the problem is persisting. i have always serviced my vehicle in an authorised dealer for which you can find the history in your records, inface i do the service before the required KM, for ex since i was driving to another state, the service engineer requested to do the 50K km service even though it did not reach the required km for service. I think you had given me a faulty vehicle in the first place, it is traumatising for us to have problems whenever we take the vehicle for a long drive, is it not fit for long drives??? i need your immediate attention on the issue and give me a solution for this faults and guide me how to go about. waiting to hear from you soon. vehicle number TN02BC8098.
