On 11 Jan 17, I went for a dinner with my family, after dinner when I started the car I realised that the steering wasn’t moving at all. I contacted a local Mechanic and he suggested me to contact Company’s service centre.
It was already 10:30 at night, I Called Mahindra service station at[protected] and explained my problem. They redirected me to Mahindra representative Akhtar Ali (Phone no. [protected]). He was pretty abrupt and blunt with his statement that the Crane is not available.
Now it was already 11:30 on that Foggy night and I was on the road with My Family, with no option left, I contacted some local Towing service and they towed my Car to Wazirpur – Indraprastha automobiles.
Next day i.e. 12Jan 17 I went to Wazirpur – Indraprastha automobiles, I met Attendant Gurpreet Singh and Explained entire situation to him, Out of no surprise with Mahindra’s Poor service he made me wait for 2 hours at the service station and assured me no charges as the car is under warranty (8866 KMS Driven).
They kept my car for 2 days and at the time delivery, they gave me a bill to pay.

This is not the first time I am facing such problems with Mahindra, within the span of 8866 KMS I have faced 3-4 Major Problems and every time I am the one who suffers.
No wonder Mahindra is a good company, but my only question to you is “why do you provide pathetic customer service when you know you have made a pathetic car?
