Mahindra And Mahindra — tuv 300 service issues for newly purchased | |||
I send my tuv 300 for service @10000 km on 07/11/17 at approx. 2:00pm to service center of mahindra & mahindra located at sector -2 noida and after 27 hrs, i received faulty vehicle (Conductor side door handle/lock damage) not open door from outside. Very disappointed with service /dealing of mahindra & mahindra brand. Before that one major mistake made by service engineer during issuing of no. Plates. (We bought two mahindra tuv 300 in black colour with same specification t8 at same time from same place / dealer) he fix alternate plates on both vehicles and also register in company records. We are surprised when we receive rc and found the plates on wrong vehicle. If this type of negligence made by brand like mahindra & mahindra, then how? Customer faith on brand.
