Mahindra And Mahindra — tuv300 at gear shift | |||
Purchased a TUV 300 AT in august 2017, the automatic gear shift system got damaged in October 2017 and vehicle was detained at workshop for 15 days and the part was replaced, no money charged from me . In December, fan belts tripped and again vehicle was stranded for 4 days and faulty parts got replaced . Now in February 2018, the gear shift system has again developed a fault and workshop claims the actuator is not working and needs to be replaced and may take another 10-12 days to do so. Till then I am stranded without the vehicle . I was so happy to buy a Mahindra product and recommended this vehicle to at least 10 friends. Now I am feeling ashamed of doing so because I edified a product which does not stand for its guarantee and name. Can I return the vehicle to the company ? What if after the warranty period finishes and this vehicle again faces similar parts failures, who will bear the cost as the part last changed was around 1 lakh rupees. Kindly give me a clear solution to this situation . Dealer from whom I purchased this vehicle is : Sri Durga Automobiles, Rama road, New Delhi. Although I am satisfied with their services but not with the product.
