Dear sir,

I have purchased tuv300 t8 300 end of april 2016. Within 15 days of my purchase i started noticing some smoke from gear box and clutch issues in the vehicle and was sent for workshop in secunderabad. It was returned to me saying there was no issue with vehicle, finally when i was traveling with my family in middle of a very busy junction vehicle stopped and gear box got jammed. I spent 3 hrs on road and finally had to tow it to secunderabad service center. On this incident they accepted that there was something wrong with vehicle and replaced some parts in gear box and clutch and was returned vehicle after one week. I have requested for replacement of vehicle, but was convinced that vehicle is fixed to my content and this issue will not reoccur by mr manoj (Sales manager and mepal reddy rp road secunderabad floor manager). Every time i send the vehicle i had to suffer, as there was no replacement vehicle. After the fix also i had send the vehicle for another three times due to a/c issue. Now again seventh time, i noticed some smoke coming out of gear box similar to earlier incident of gear box issue, upon sending to workshop, floor manager mr srikanth (+[protected] after 4 days of test run said nothing wrong with vehicle and returns back to me saying my driving is not correct, try not to use clutch and avoid 1st and 2nd gears. My family is afraid to travel in this, due to lack of credibility and worse experiences in the past. I could not travel even one long trip so far.
Also i was told that clutch does not cover under warranty and i have to pay for it. I own about 3 cars (I10, polo, scorpio) and i have been driving cars for more than 20+ years. I never had any clutch issues with any vehicles other than tuv300. I have requested mr srikanth floor manager to send me case history of all seven times and told him that i would go public and reach out for legal advise.

I am reaching out to you so you can intervene and resolve the issue. Appreciate your immediate response.

Received the vehicle last night without the gear box issue being addressed and floor manager conveniently blaming on my driving skills (Have 20 + years of driving exp). After vehicle has been received, now I am facing three new issues, when ever vehicle goes over a bump, audio will stop, and door alarm will beep the one of the door is open when all my doors are perfectly closed, loose sensors or wiring I guess. Also the rear windows refuse to slide down. Informed floor manager but no one is attending my problem. Pathetic vehicle, they try to fix one issue and 5 more pops up. Not sure how the vehicle is built with soo many quality issues and was released to market making public as scape goats and using them as end quality testers.
