Mahindra And Mahindra — unavailable on parts at service centre | |||
Dear sir, Please be informed that we have come to your mahindra service centre, dumka. The vehicle is under warranty. After the inspection it was found that the wheel hub is completely damaged. But the part is unavailable at the store. Also from your service provider it is come to know that the part will not be available for 20 days. We are really very upset of this. Now this is risky to drive and to take it to another show room. They are also telling us to give complain to mahindra. There is no communication among service centres. They are also unable to arrange the part from nearby service centre and advicing us to go godda service centre, jharkhand wh8ch is 70kms away from here.
