Myself sunil kumar mehta. I am writing this to you as i am not satisfied with the kind of service mahindra is providing to the customers. I claimed an insurance claim on 30 aug 2018 for front mirror and the mirror was replaced as the same has been hit by a stone while i was driving. But after 7 days the mirror gets broken (Cracked) itself. As i started, my vehicle on 03 sep 2018, a sound came all of sudden and a cracked line appears on my front mirror. On 04 sep 2018, i approached mahindra worksop (B5, sector 60), narrated the entire story to them but they are not listening anything. After some arguments, they said me they will forward the case to further authority and on the very next day, they called me and said mirror cannot be replace. I would request you to please look into the matter as there is no fault from my side. It seems either the mirror has not been fitted properly or the quality of mirror is not upto the mark.
