Mahindra And Mahindra — unnecessary charges | |||
Dear sir as per i request u earlier my xuv500 face a little bit problem that is noice come from front side of my car then i visit your service centre as on 02/11/2017 for general service and they made bill of rs. 7785/- and then after this noice start and stering going hard.. Again i visit your service centre as on 08/11/2017 they make bill of rs. 252/- but noice problem and stering hard continued... Again i visit your service centre as on 14/11/2017 and again make bill of rs. 11646/- this time they change front shoker and stering rod but stering hardness and noice is continuing.... Again i visit your service centre and keep my in your service centre at at least 9 days and today i pick my xuv but once again a new rs.8124/- and change shoker etc. But in this time i told mr. Chetan ji (Who is in charge of that centre) that i will not pay a single amnt... But unfortunately i paid this bill due to refuse of his commitment.. Conclusion — noice is come front side then in 40 days 4 time xuv at service centre respectively 14 days at centre bill amnt rs. 28000/- and parts change are sterring rod, shoker and 2 time shoker absorber and for a single work labour charge is two time... Very meaningless system and they did robbing with customers money... Need judgment otherwise i ll take help of consumer court.... And mr. Chetan ji told me taday that we are not responsible for customer care conversation with u... That is not a part of mahindra and mahindra company... They belong to 3rd party... Thanks...
