We purchased 13 nos tractors from your dealer c i automotors pvt ltd, dewas. One of them was unusable due to gear broken since last 10 days. We complain to your dealer many time but no response from them, and no guidance from them. This is very poor service after sales and we are very disappointed from your service strategy. At present time this tractor is stand at agar (Ujjain), if your any service center is available near by agar (Ujjain) please inform us, so we will repair such tractor.
