Dear sir,
I am writing to complaint about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from one of your service centers.
On 26.07.2021, My car XUU300 W8 JH02BC 5251 was accident then I was dropped my car at one of your service centers Pratik Kokar Ranchi for inspection and repairing. Upon receiving the car, I noticed that your team failed to rectify two of the car problems I have earlier reported. Not only that, Engine alarm signal is always on i contacted many times but your team changed both sensor but problem remains same
.there is a weird sound coming every time I stepped on the brake].
I wonder if this is standard practice at your service center or this is the usual feedback that you receive from your customers. I find what happened to be unacceptable at all scales and request from you to kindly contact with your team [protected] Service manager (Mr.Rajesh) or resolve issue otherwise replace my XUV 300 aeap.
Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference. I hope that will be able to find a satisfactory solution very fast.
