Mahindra And Mahindra — Unsatisfactory & worst service

On second day of delivery of my Bolero Neo it shows malfunctioning error for the DEF system.
And the workshop of Mahindra located in Jia distt. Kullu of Himachal. is not able to work the problem.
It's unsatisfactory how a brand new vehicle can get these kind of problems.
