Mahindra And Mahindra — Vehicle Registration not done after 3 months of purchase.

My mahindra xuv ax3 purchase date 17 aug 2022..from mahindra winwin bhopal..
Dealer applied for registration in bhopal rto 14 sep 2022..i received this msg on my phone from bhopal rto..

(MP[protected]/MP04ZA8098 Received Rs.201742/- against new registration fee vide receipt no MP4D[protected] dated 14-Sep-2022. Thanks BHOPAL RTO. MoRTH.)

After 3 month of purchase .. Registration is still pending registration number provided by showroom is not verifying in MP RTO online site..and no one from mahindra is giving satisfactory response.

Also at the time of purchase I have been told that second key of vehicle will be provided after 3 months only.. Now 3 months have been passed but mahindra is still not giving me the second key..
