Mahindra And Mahindra — vehicle service complaint | |||||
My name is danie abraham. I am from kerala. I am using three xylo's (H8+airbag) 2014, and 2 cars of 2017 models. All the three vehicles having complaint from the beginning itself. When i purchased the first model that is in 2014 i was facing clucth problems, that is the clutch was too hard to apply and when i appoached kottayam service center they changed the whole clutch kit and the problem was finalised and in 2016 central locking poblem came that the door was automatically opening while running and after long argument the problem was solved. I bought another xylo on 2017. Now the clutch and the steering is too hard, the reverse sensor was continously making sound when taking reverse, voice command is not woking and also after 2 or 3 days when i start the vehicle it's not starting. Approached kottayam sevice centre they put the vehicle at the sevice centre for 3 days. When i checked the vehicle after servicing the compliants were not solved. After one day they told all the problem was solved but when i drived the vehicle nothing was solved. Regarding the voice command i waited for 2 months still its not arrived and they are telling mahindra is not sending the parts, again i am taking the vehicle to the service centre. I don't know what they are going to do this time. I have another xylo of 2017 model it has central locking problem. Please consider this complaint and do the needful. I was planning to buy 2 pickups but now dropped because of the bad service response. Please solve the poblems as soon as possible. I don't want to waste the time behind these vehicles.
