I have mahindra thar purchased in the month of july 2016 reg no ka 19 mg 3279. There was a sound coming in the engine within 1st service and i have mentioned the same with the karnataka agency mangalore dealer. They made me wait for 4 days for recognization of the fault and on 5 th day they have changed some engine part and have not given any bill or not mentioned what they have changed. After this again the same sound arised and i have taken the vehicle for the same, and the sevice executive mentioned that the part was not available, on asking for the particulars of the part which was default in the vehicle, executive didn't give any clarification on this. I was asking for the same from many days but the dealer was pretending that the part is still not available. Now i have kept the vehicle for periodic service and now the executive is asking that should we change the part which was unavailable for so many days and he is mentioning now the engine chain has fault we will change the same which cost upto 6000 and the warranty of the car is only one year and it is expired. Sir as per my notice the karnataka agency executive made me wait for so many days and now i have to pay the cost. Also after the first service while i was in trip in the vehicle the steering got locked in the road curve. This was due to negligence during the service the screw got through the steering axel. I hereby request you to take my complaint and solve the issue for the same as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
