My sister booked Xuv300 and after booking within 07 days got a sma from Mahindra. After that there was no communication from the Team. Before 04 days of delivery while we strted enquiring about car registration the executive informed that delivery on the mutual decided date is not possible as the old car he has not taken from us. With utter surprise when we asked why the information never communicated either via mail/ sms or verbally the executive started shouting and then informed delivery on a delayed date around 07.30 pm.
Upon reaching the executive informed the quotation shared by him and confirmed via mail is wrong and he made a mistake of 17k. The car was still not there in the showroom.
After several discussions on the above with his Senior they finally shared the amount cant be negotiated beyond 14k and more so the discussed Fast tag not given.
They did not share the 2nd car key, money receipt, number plate and started harassing.
They were not sharing the customer feedback form while we asked they got so offended and while it was mentioned that 10 liters petrol will be there in car ultimately 2 liters was filled up and we got the delivery at 10:30 pm. They did not do any puja but took delivery picture.
The worst ever experience we could ever imagine.
