I wanted to report an unfortunate incident happened to me that a 30 Lakh car stopped in 45 days of delivery and the company doesn't know a fix. Though they are ready to fix, they don't have an ETA. I'm totally frustrated and feeling lost that I'm so embarrassed that service team coming home for the 3rd time in 45 days and taking the car for a 2 day temporary fix. it's been 3 days since they took my car to showroom, and i'm still not sure how long should I wander without a car for which I pay 71k emi per month. I want to escalate this issue to the maximum extent I can. I need the company to arrange me substitute car until you replace mine. As a compensation, company should be directly held responsible for my ongoing EMIs, Take me to whoever possible can resolve this.
