[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — Worst ever service

Dear Team

This is the frustrating level which I have come accross multiple times post servicing my xuv 500 ( OD 33M 9667) at Jeypore-764001 service center, not even a single time I have satisfied with the service,
This time there was a notification regarding engine issue, , post servicing also there is no solution, , I am returning back more than 200.kms just to reclarify the issue, , this is highly frustrating, ,

Zero rating out of ten, ,

Thanks to the Mahindra Service team, they did apologies and provided me the required service, also they committed that it will not repeat again, I am happy with the service, and would continue going there to get my vehicle serviced, Mr. Ashutosh Swain, a great guy, who personally attended my call and helped me throughout till my vehicle got ready, I highly appreciate Mr. Ashutosh for his dedication, temprament and gesture, , Thank You Sincerely, Ansuman Pattajoshi
