I bought the vehicle on 28/04/2017, from then i am just visiting your workshop daily. Everytime i visit a new issue. The issues started after first service, as soon as i received the car from first service there was a smoke and metal burning smell was coming from ac vents which was coming from clutch plate as they told after a week the gear was not shifting again i went their they told that the clutch plate and fishing pressure plate is damaged they tool 40000rs for that and changed the same again i brought home the car the screen was not working properly and the gear was making sound while shifting it to 2nd gear. Again i went to them they kept car for 15 days and whatever changes were they repaired the same again when i took the car after a 15 days to home again a new problem was waiting for me now the sun roof was leaking. Again i went to them now they are asking that the packing of rubber is loose you will have to pay 11000 for the same. Now i am totally fed up of the service your company provide. Either your company doesnt use proper spare or proper technician. Which is big problem for customer like us who trusted mahindra, but now sorry no faith anymore. If there is any policy of taking the vehicle back deduct any amount which you want get me rid of this vehicle feeling sorry for buying mahindraxuv500 w10 top model of your brand please do something if you can.
