Mahindra And Mahindra — Worst experience from service and showroom both side.

Recently purchased the Mahindra Bolero Pick up 1.7(HR38AC7247) on 10th OCT 2021 from Sanjay Automotive LLP Faridabad.
The issue was although we had a booking that paid more than half the down payment on 28th Sep they Mukesh and Mahesh forced us to pay a complete down payment on 29 Sep even the vehicle was going to be delivered on 10th Oct.

The service advisors Mukesh Kumar and Mahesh Kumar misguided us on various levels.
The insurance part and loan part even confirm we have a zero depression policy but that was not and said Mahindra did not finance the vehicle.
On 10th Oct they again asked 5000 as a security amount because we were
doing self-registration even they promised and given written confirmation for return the amount on the same day of registration but they took 50 days for that we followed up several times.
The accident happened with the vehicle and we beard more than 50000 due to this fake commitment because the policy was not covered under zero Dep.
Now Service experience was again the worst with Mahindra prime automobiles Service Faridabad.
I went there after the accident they behave like we are criminals not given any idea how much it will cost us and again treating like an insurance policy is a waste of money and two months was the expected time provided by them means you should go outside the workshop for this work. Although in the market we got repaired it in 12 days but cost us 50000.
Will never go with Mahindra again for sure but expecting some action from Mahindra against these.
