Dear sir / madam i’ve given my vehicle xuv 500 at gurage in mysore on 14th of july 2018 for second free service before that i take a appointment for service 0n 13th july only from reshma service manager and i make a complaint regarding some noice from dash board advisor maruthi written all complaints in the sheet and told me he will give me vehical on same day evening only but he called me on evening and told that he will give the vehicle on 16th july evening as i working in a private company i can understand the problem of service department and agreed. But again he called me on 16th july evening and told me that problem is not solved it will take 3 more days and he told me that i[censored] want u take ur vehical back and send it as u free as he suggested i collect my vehical from service centre on 16th july evening but i really upset when i saw my vehical in dusty condition and even my seats become stains... Again i leave my vehical for service on 18th july complaint number p 60397... Afterwards i called so many times to miss reshma service manager to ask abt my vehical she does not have a information abt the vehical and later she is not reciving the call also very pathetic respose from service manager... And later i took one day leave from company
And personally went to show room body shop to see my vehical... I meet mr suman he helped me to solve my problem and 20th july evening i got my vehical back... The noice is gone but.. I felt vibration in my stering.. And.. The stains in my seats remain there only... So plz i requst u people to take corrective action and make problem to be solve... I am really very upest about the service there are providing to customer... If it continue same there is no doubt they will slash the comany reputation and even anand mahindra sir reputation who gave us such a wonderful car xuv 500 to indian market...
