Mahindra And Mahindra — worst service provided from eram motors | |
Dear sir, I would like to share my bitter experience from mahindra service show room located at trichur, kerala. I am using bolero zxi because its indian vehicle made for indian roads. My bolero is 2014 last model.in 12 days back my vehicle shown some complaints related to immobilizer and my bolero given eram motors to rectify the complaint. Same day itself the staff informed me the complaint related to immobilizer and it should replace. The same staff informed me the spare should come from their head office and it will take at least 10 days. Today they handed over my vehicle after repair. They charged 3000 rupees as labour charge. I am attaching the bill and photograph of immobilizer unit which they replace for your reference I need clarification on below mentioned subjects 1) if the shipment has to come from bom/del is it required 10days for shipping 2) if it is a showroom they has to maintain the stock of the spare parts 3) if the technology is so advanced, will they charge 3000 rs for detecting the complaints I had similar bitter experience from the same showroom before and it already reported to customer care.
