Mahindra And Mahindra — XUV 500 not being attended | |||||
I have already posted a complaint regarding my XUV500 W6, registered TS10EE0901, Hyderabad but have not heard from you people at all.Even after a regular follow up of calls and message, I am being ignored completely. I received a call from Mr.Anuj Shrivastav([protected]) from your company who promised me to replace my vehicle or refund the amount, but since then i have been calling him, he has ignored all my calls. Mrs Nisha Goradia hasnt replied to my mails. Is this what customer service of mahindra is that no responsibility has been taken after selling a defected car to me?
