Hello Team - I have got XUV 500 W6 during November 2017 and I had lot of issues at the time of delivery and raised multiple complaints with the quality and with Zulaika service in chennai. Once after the delivery they addressed all my issues including re-painting which I patiently bare those. No customer would have faced those issues during delivery of Veichle or may be I don't know.
Currently the age of my car is just 4.5 years but the paint got pealing off daily by a kind of bubbles forming and got rusted too. Attached few pictures of your reference, but there are many. When I reached Zulaika on there bad service they still stand and saying that I haven't dropped my car for service to them, you cannot claim the warranty. I agreed that I havent dropped for 2 years bcoz I was living in my native which is out of Chennai and during that time I have lost 6 of my family members due to Covid affected. To be honestly saying, the whole world suffered and lot of things changed due to Covid. Considring that, Mahindra or Zulaika dealer should think on certain aspects of customer and support, especially the kind of XUV 500 cars, why this paint is getting pealed off within the short period of time.
