[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — xuv 500, poor and pathetic service by snowview automobiles shimla | |||
Dear team, Very sorry to say but i was not expecting the kind of poor and pathetic service that i have received from your company few days back... I am the owner of a xuv 500 bought two years back from (Snoview automobiles shimla) in march 2016.. I visited the mahindra showroom (Snoview automobiles shimla) on15th of may regarding a problem.. The problem was an unwanted sound during the turns at a normal speed of 50.. Keeping the problem aside i was suggested by the adviser (Mr. Labh singh) that my car is getting due for service and i should get i done... I agreed with them... Coming to the problem of sound they did alignment of the car not once but thrice but the problem remained the same.. They suggested me that they will carry forward my problem and i should visit them again on their call.. But till 25th of may i didn't received any call from them not even for the feedback of service.. I again visited them on 26th of may carrying the same problem.. I met (Mr. Kamal gupta) And asked about the feedback call and he was not answerable to me... Anyhow i asked him to resolve my problem and he suggested me to visit some other mahindra workshop to resolve the issue... The problem was out of their reach but they again did the alignment and nothing else taking an approx time of 5 hours... Still the problem was same.. I asked them what are they doing and why they are not able to solve my problem they said sir it will take time (I was already their from the last 6 hours and that was around 5 in the evening) the advisers were least interested with my problem each time i had to visit their room and ask them about the situation rather cooperating with me the following advisers (Mr. Kamal gupta, mr. Ashu, mr. Labh singh and mr. Akash) misbehaved with me saying that they have other works too... It was really disappointing for me... At last i visited the ceo of snoview automobiles he called up the advisers and asked them to do my work as the first priority.. He asked them that what other thing you people have done except the alignment for the 5th time... They had no answer... The ceo gave them some time and asked for the update later... Then they did the suspension and shocker work but their was no solution to the problem... It was 9:30 by the time and i was still their without any solution.. I again visited the ceo but he had left from the office without giving me any satisfying result... I was not expecting the kind of behaviours also from the ceo of the company... At last they asked me to leave my car their for two days but after such a bad experience how should i rely on those people... I just want that my problem should be resolved as soon as possible and a strict action should be taken against the advisery team of snoview automobiles so that in future no one else should suffer from such kind of a bad experience from a well know company like mahindra...
