The complaints for manufacturing defects have not been attended even after four years. Despite reminders and several phone calls the dealer has not bothered to attend to the faults and defects. The dealer has only given false assurances and not replaced the defective seat and the noise in the suspension & body. During the first free service some parts were stolen and exchanged with damaged ones, which was brought to the knowledge of the works mgr & the g. M but nothing was resolved. I have went to dindigul tvs to get serviced my Mahindra pickup. Executive inside the service center were un responsible to my query. They are not even asked about any complaints. I have been waiting there since 1hr.
