We have booked XUV 700 on 7th Nov \'21 at Ananth Mahindra showroom, Marathalli Bangalore Karnataka on the name of Mrs. Smita Gupta (+91-[protected]) On last 24th Dec\'21, we have received a WhatsApp msg as well call from Ananth car that the car has been allocated & it\'s on the way., thus we need to arrange the vehicle payment amount ASAP. Even Mahendra vehicle tracking showed status as \'vehicle is on the way\'. Hence we have arranged the entire amount as per timelines mentioned by the dealer to us. on 31st Dec\'21, we received a call from Ananth car stating that there is no car allocation done for us so far. It was told that the earlier intimation was merely a heads up to arrange the money which feels like a lame excuse for whatever goof-up has happened. We have our loan papers ready basis the exact information provided by the Mahindra team that the vehicle will come in a few days\' time itself! On 2nd Jan\'22, Mahindra has change the delivery status to Jul\'23, where until 2nd Jan\'22 before noon it was showing the status that \"car is on the way\'\". Mahendra auto and their dealer \'Anant Cars\' are doing the 420 with the customer and making them fool. We would like to put a case against both of them. Regards,
