Mahindra And Mahindra — Xuv 700 cancelation

My name is rajendra paliwal and I am from nasik I had booked XUV 700 in on October 2021 by paying 21000/- on 3rd June 2022 I cancell booking and ask for refund of 21000/-
They tell me that 10% cancellation fee apply and give 18900/- but that cancellation condition not available on receipt or not tell me at time of booking, if you company have to charge 10% cancellation fee then they have to mention kn receipt
So I request you to refund remaining amount of 10%
