Mahindra And Mahindra — XUV300 - delay in vehicle delivery and no proper response from showroom | |||
I have booked XUV300 on 30th November 2020 in Mahindra Showroom located in Coimbatore(Avinashi Road, Peelamedu). Sales person told me that i will be getting the vehicle by end of December but it didn't happen. Then he told me that i will get the vehicle in first week of March, then again postponed 15 days and again 15 days. Every time I getting the same response from the showroom that it is delayed due to spare part production. I have even asked for a refund of booking amount long back, but they don't agree to it. I need the vehicle as soon as possible due to some personal commitments and urgency. I have spent more than INR 50, 000 for rented cabs after booking my vehicle. My concern is not only delay in delivery, the sales team will know a tentative date when the vehicle can be delivered, they should not do fake promises and keep the customer waiting for a long time. I am getting screwed up every 15 days due to these fake promises. Now when I call the showroom, no body picks up the call and no response from them. Proper customer communication is the key point, every time I have to call them to get updates, they will say that next time they will call me and give an update but they don't do it at all. It has been nearly 5 months now and still my vehicle is not billed! Very bad experience! Really expecting some serious actions from your end!! Was this information helpful? | |||
